Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays) You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times are in addition to the shipping times you will see at checkout. Typically, customers receive their orders within 7-10 business days. Processing and shipping times may be delayed during high-volume time periods (such as the holiday shopping season). Also, different product types may come from different providers. You may receive items separately in different shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any kind once you have received your order (except for damaged or misprinted items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. You should have an email from customer@trackorder.site with a link to leave a review or report a problem. Please use this link to let us know of any issues with your order (such as damaged or misprinted items, or if you received incorrect items) so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the print on demand nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges (except for damaged or misprinted items). 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your reported issue through the link in the customer@trackorder.site email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at 2murdermorons@gmail.com.
